Emily Diehl

Associate Project Manager

Emily has spent nearly two decades designing spaces for customers in the retail, commercial, and residential markets. She received a degree in Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University, which gave her the skills to pursue her interests in planning, land development, site design, trail and park design, and travel. Emily is passionate about designing meaningful spaces and connecting with the people who use them. She enjoys engaging with and learning about the communities for which she designs spaces, ensuring that her customers and their projects meet expectations and incorporate unique aspects from the community into the design. Using the gathered information, Emily can create simple sketches, detailed plans, or advanced masterplans, all of which add value to the BRIX Design Group team.

Emily is a constant student of design and enjoys utilizing technology to help improve her skills and end product. She spends time expanding her knowledge of visualizations, including any technique for designing better images, diagrams, or animations that help to communicate a message. This allows Emily to create animated models to help clients better visualize her designs by virtually driving, walking, or flying around the proposed project. She is a strong communicator with an ability to connect with clients and the public throughout a project, helping her to gather the most important and relevant project expectations and ensure they are met.

In her free time, Emily enjoys gardening, family beach vacations, crafting, and spending time with her two children.
