PROJECT SUMMARY
Improvements to an 18-unit commercial plaza, including a complete exterior renovation, upgrades to the existing Starbucks, and new tenant fit outs. The plaza was built in 1985 and had remained prominently the same since. Exterior improvements include all new finishes giving the plaza an enhanced aesthetic leading into the Old City Redevelopment and Lycoming College campus.
