PROJECT SUMMARY
A Multi-phase mixed-use development located in historic Williamsport, Pennsylvania, incorporating residential, retail, dining, and commercial spaces designed to enhance the area while acting as a gateway to Old City Williamsport. Creating a destination for Lycoming College students, city residents, and visitors to live, work and play.  Phase I consists of 12 residential townhomes with commercial space on the 1st floor.  Phase II consists of retail and commercial space, a living rooftop, and a 3-story parking garage.
